Our Story
At the heart of our company stands Omid Qashqai, a visionary builder and developer with over two decades of hands-on experience across commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects — both in Canada and internationally.
Omid’s journey in construction began in 2004 in Isfahan, Iran, as a project manager and development consultant on the “Bishe Ghale Sarshir” residential and resort complex. This large-scale development involved everything from road building and landscaping to luxury villa construction, all managed through close collaboration with engineering and consulting teams.
In the wake of the 2006 Borujerd earthquake, Omid played a crucial role in the seismic rehabilitation of damaged residential structures. As both a technical consultant and contractor, he applied advanced retrofitting methods such as steel jacketing, FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) applications, and other structural strengthening techniques to restore safety and stability to affected communities.
Between 2007 and 2013, Omid led numerous high-impact projects, including:
- Shahre Royaha Amusement Park in Isfahan
- Landscaping projects for the Municipality of Isfahan
- Construction of two schools for the School Renovation Organization
- An 8-storey building for the Isfahan Engineering Organization
- 42-unit residential complex in Chadegan, Isfahan, built using the ICF method
During this period, he also became the exclusive distributor of Dekra pitched roofs. By building a sales and execution team and actively participating in construction exhibitions, Omid drove both product innovation and widespread adoption of roofing solutions.
From 2013 to 2016, Omid served as project manager and general contractor for the luxurious “Dehkadeh Zeytoon Pezeshkan” residential project for the Medical Affairs Organization of Isfahan. This expansive community included 230 luxury villas, extensive landscaping, and complete utility infrastructure including water, gas, electricity, and drip irrigation systems supported by a custom-designed lake and pump station.
In 2016, Omid immigrated to Canada and continued his journey with fresh ambition. Since then, he has taken on a wide variety of tenant improvement and construction projects across British Columbia, including:
Renovation and operation of Red Pepper Deli & Grocery in Kitsilano (2016-2017)
Interior construction of A1 College, North Vancouver (2017)
Residential renovation in North Vancouver (2017-2018)
Establishing a cold-press workshop for nut butter (2017-2019)
Building a cooking oil factory in Squamish, BC (2019–2023)
Tenant improvement for pharmacy development at 1635 Capilano Rd, North Vancouver (2024)
Full home renovation at 1176 W 17th St., North Vancouver (2025)
In 2025, Omid also began preparing to construct a luxury home at 2580 Queens Ave, West Vancouver, which entered the demolition and build phase in 2025. Simultaneously, another exciting new residential project at 1306 Walnut St, Vancouver is underway.
