About Us
At the heart of our company stands Mr. Omid Qashqai — a seasoned builder and developer with over 20 years of hands-on experience in commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects across Iran and Canada.
The Beginning
2004 – Isfahan, Iran:
Omid began his career as a project manager and development consultant for the large-scale “Qaleh Sarshir” residential and resort complex, which included luxury villas, road construction, landscaping, and collaboration with engineering teams.
Post-Earthquake Reconstruction
2006 – Borujerd Earthquake:
Served as technical consultant and contractor for the structural rehabilitation of residential buildings using advanced methods such as Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) and steel jacketing.
Major Projects (2007–2013)
1-Shahre Royaha Amusement Park, Isfahan
2-Landscaping developments for the Municipality of Isfahan
3-Construction of two schools for the School Renovation Organization
4-A 42-unit residential complex using ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) technology in Chadegan
5-Became the exclusive distributor of Decra roofing systems in Iran
Luxury Medical Community Project
2013–2016:
Led the construction of the prestigious “Dehkadeh Zeytoon Pezeshkan” project in Isfahan — a 230-villa luxury residential development featuring complete infrastructure, including utilities, landscaping, and a custom irrigation system.
New Chapter in Canada
From 2016 to Present:
Omid continued his mission in Canada, managing a diverse range of projects in Vancouver, North Vancouver, and
Squamish, including:
Construction of a cold-press oil production facility
Pharmacy development and tenant improvements
